DATE: Monday March 25th, 2019, 10:00am – 6:00pm (break from 1:00pm-2:00pm)
APPOINTMENTS: Contact AEA office in Chicago for an appointment.
SEEKING: Adult performers for 2019-2020 season. Click here for character breakdown.
PREPARATION: Prepare 2 contrasting songs in the style of the show(s).
Bring your book. Material should not exceed 5-minute audition time slot.

Auditions for Skylight Music Theatre, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, and Renaissance Theaterworks
DATE: Tuesday April 2, 2019, 10:00am – 6:00pm (break from 1:00pm-2:00pm)
APPOINTMENTS: Email Sam Nykiel at firstname.lastname@example.org (preferred) or call 414-299-4959. Only Equity members will be able to schedule appointments, however we encourage EMC and non-Equity actors to walk in. We will see walk ins on a first come, first serve basis following Equity’s audition guidelines.
SEEKING: Adult performers for 2019-2020 seasons.
PREPARATION: Prepare any combination of material as follows:
- 1 song and 1 monologue
- 2 contrasting songs
- 2 contrasting monologues
Material should not exceed 5-minute audition time slot.
Please bring 3 headshots and resumes.

NEWSIES OPEN CALL
Casting young performers ages 8-17 for Skylight Music Theatre’s production of Newsies. Auditions are Saturday, April 6th from 10am-2pm & Saturday, April 13th from 10am-2pm.
Seeking teenaged ensemble performers who have strong dance abilities and can sing and act. These roles will NOT be double cast, so performers must be available for all performance dates.
Also seeking two (2) young performers to be double cast in the role of “Les” to play age 8 – 12. Must be strong actors who can sing and do some dance.
Young performers will be seen in groups of 10 – please sign up for a group slot below. Walk-ins are welcome on a first come, first serve basis.

**Adult auditions occur on a different date. No adults will be seen at this audition.**
First rehearsal: October 22, 2019
Tech weekend: November 8-10, 2019
Opening night: November 15, 2019
Closing night: December 22, 2019 (possible extension through December 29)
AUDITIONS will take place at the Broadway Theatre Center – 158 N. Broadway, Milwaukee WI. Follow signs for sign-in location upon arrival. Please leave ample time to find parking.
Young performers auditioning should arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time to fill out an audition form with a parent or guardian.
**All those auditioning must also bring a headshot or snapshot photo to turn in with audition form. Please also bring a performance resume if possible. **
Please prepare 1 song cut to sing for the audition – bring sheet music for a pianist to accompany, if possible. Preferably 64 bars of material.
