Director of Marketing and Communications
The Director of Marketing and Communications will take a creative and collaborative approach to developing and implementing omnichannel marketing and communications strategy to support the mission of Skylight Music Theatre. This role is instrumental to the continued financial and organizational strength of the theatre and is responsible for reaching revenue goals, expanding audiences, heightening visibility, and promoting a positive image for Skylight Music Theatre.
Development Associate
The Development Associate reports to the Development Director and works closely with the Executive Director, senior leadership, board of directors, and a passionate, creative theater production team. As one of two members of the Development Department, the Development Associate takes heart to support our theatre’s mission to celebrate the transformative power of the musical and theatrical arts, while performing work that raises the necessary funds to produce our excellent musical productions, take care of the beautiful Cabot Theatre, and foster a community of passionate theatre lovers across the generations.
Full-Time Seasonal Opportunities​
Lighting Supervisor
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the administrative and production functions of the Lighting department for Skylight Music Theatre’s 2026-2027 Season and Broadway Theatre Center Events.
Properties Supervisor
Lead in the creation, purchasing, and rental of all properties elements needed for Skylight Music Theatre’s 2026-2027 Season and Broadway Theatre Center events.
Swing Technician
Work as assigned in props, scenic, lights, sound departments in both the Cabot Theatre, Studio Theatre and/or any other shop/construction spaces used for Skylight Music Theatre’s productions.
